Presenting the latest creation from the exceptionally talented Yu Su, a musician originally from Kaifeng and now making waves in Vancouver.

This 180g Vinyl edition comes with a Picture Sleeve featuring a distinctive Obi Strip.

In her first significant release of original music since the well-received "Yellow River Blue" LP in 2021, Yu Su shares that the genesis of this EP took root during her sojourn in the deserts of Ojai, California, and the lush coastal regions surrounding her British Columbia residence. Exploring the EP's concepts, Yu Su attributes her inspiration to "the objects around (colors, reflections of light, wood burning in the fireplace, and material rhyme with the sounds in the room), the desert and valley plants, the ground where citrus grows, and the flood a rainstorm created." She poetically notes, "the golden earth is the changing point of the matter, earth centers, stabilizes, and conserves, nurtures, and seeks to draw all things together with itself.
